Resourceome: a semantic knowledge management system based on multilevel ontology model, supporting both procedural and declarative knowledge.

Resourceome is a Web-based framework consisting of a semantic knowledge management system for several domains, together with a semantic-driven and agent-oriented workflow editor, manager and execution system.

Resourceome combines the use of domain ontologies, workflow techniques and agent-oriented technologies to realize a semantic guide for:

1. flexible domain and operational knowledge organization
2. semantic-driven workflow editor and composition
3. distributed, automatic, and transparent execution of in-silico experiments
